Just need the Colour Wheel for a few days to ensure you choose the right colour/s? Then you can return the Colour Wheel within 7 days and we will issue you with a store credit that you can use towards your purchase of Natalie Michelle Hair Extensions.*

• Colour Wheel must be returned in as-new, unaltered, undamaged and re-saleable condition (you must not cut, dye or otherwise treat the hair, this is a colour matching tool only).
• Please note that return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. The product remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
• Store credit is 100% of the purchase price but excludes any shipping costs. Store credit can only be used on Natalie Michelle Hair Extensions. We recommend ordering your extensions as soon as possible after receiving your store credit to ensure that you do not miss out on your preferred colour.
