For international customers, we ship worldwide with NZ Post. All orders are shipped from our Dunedin salon and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply.

If you change your mind about the type of extensions you ordered, or the colour isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return the product to us for an exchange. For an exchange you MUST meet the following conditions:

We check every product before it goes out the door to ensure you are getting only the best quality hair extensions, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately and we will send you a complimentary return shipping label to return the faulty product for evaluation. We may ask you to supply photos before returning the product to us.
We offer an exchange (where possible) or refund for genuine manufacturing faults or defects.
Please note we do not exchange or refund for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accidents. We are also unable to exchange or refund for damage caused by colouring, processing or otherwise altering the product.
