Refund policy

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about the type of extensions you ordered, or the colour isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return the product to us for an exchange. For an exchange you MUST meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, unaltered and retains all original packaging in resaleable condition (we cannot re-sell a product unless it is in original brand new condition).
  • You return the product to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and for the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Faulty/Damaged Products

We check every product before it goes out the door to ensure you are getting only the best quality hair extensions, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately and we will send you a complimentary return shipping label to return the faulty product for evaluation. We may ask you to supply photos before returning the product to us.

We offer an exchange (where possible) or refund for genuine manufacturing faults or defects. Please note we do not exchange or refund for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accidents. We are also unable to exchange or refund for damage caused by colouring, processing or otherwise altering the product.
